Currently seeking a Business Development Lead for a Global Consultancy to be based in the UK undergoing complex technology transformation, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Advanced Analytics and IT & Digital Strategy, you will be advising their management teams on high level digital transformation strategy and IT enabled change.
You will be responsible for driving, managing and closing a pipeline of new business opportunities and identifying real value prospects. The successful applicant will become part of a growing sales team and collaborate alongside the account management, Digital Studio and marketing teams to develop and implement short and long term sales strategies. You will also be responsible for consulting assignments to deliver Digital Transformation in the area of systems transformation, customer experience, CRM, e-commerce solutions and insights/analytics. You will be expected to identify and qualify real value opportunities, identifying influential stakeholders and building positive and persuasive relationships both internally and with the end client.
Applicants must have at least 10 years of Sales Management and Digital experience in an agency and within client organisations as well as expertise in consultative selling, with excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to close new business.
